Yogic belief believes in nourishment. A balanced meal helps in the growth of the body as well as the mind. “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self”, and this journey to self-care can be more enriching when you focus on what goes inside your body. Don’t focus on how much you eat rather what you eat. Eating a healthy diet does not mean only having a salad, rather it means having a variety of food that will provide all the nutrients and give energy.
